Billing

Tether Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. Billing management, payment method updates, and cancellations are handled through Stripe’s hosted billing portal when available in your account.

Cancellation

Signed-in Pro users can open Manage billing from the account menu in Tether. Stripe’s billing portal is where you cancel your subscription, update your payment method, and view invoices.

After you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law. Canceling stops future renewals.

Withdrawal and Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under applicable law may still apply, including withdrawal rights for digital services where available. If you requested immediate access to Tether Pro after purchase, the effect on any withdrawal right will depend on the law that applies to your purchase.

Payments already made for the current billing period are not automatically refunded except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. If you want to request a refund, assert a statutory withdrawal right, or raise a billing dispute, email support@tethergraph.com.
