We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, upgrade to Tether Pro, create or share workspaces, invite collaborators, or contact support. This may include your name, email address, account profile details, workspace content, billing status, and support messages.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate Tether, provide cloud sync and collaboration features, process subscriptions, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
Payments
Subscription payments for Tether Pro are processed through Stripe. Tether does not store full card numbers. Billing status and subscription identifiers may be stored so we can activate or manage your plan.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run Tether, such as hosting, authentication, storage, and payment processing providers, only as needed to provide the service.
Data Retention
We retain account and workspace information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Choices
You can request account updates or deletion by contacting support. You can also manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal when that option is available in your account.
