Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Tether, a collaborative visual workspace for planning projects, mapping ideas, and assigning tasks across connected graphs.
Use of the Service
You may use Tether only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Accounts and Workspaces
You may create workspaces for personal or business use. If you invite collaborators, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content in those workspaces with them.
Subscriptions
Tether Pro is a recurring monthly subscription product. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment method management are handled through Stripe. Subscription access may be limited or suspended if payment fails or the subscription is canceled.
Renewals and Cancellation
Unless canceled before the next renewal date, paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period. You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal linked from your Tether account when that option is available. After cancellation, your paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Consumer Withdrawal and Mandatory Rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under applicable law still apply. This may include a statutory withdrawal right for online purchases of digital services, along with other non-waivable remedies. If you ask Tether Pro access to start immediately after purchase, your statutory withdrawal rights may be affected once delivery begins, but these terms do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals. Payments already made for the current billing period are not automatically refunded except where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy. If you want to exercise a statutory withdrawal right or another mandatory consumer right, contact support@tethergraph.com within the applicable time period.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Tether to violate the law, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
Availability
We may update, modify, or improve Tether over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to operate the service responsibly and fix issues as they arise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Tether at any time.
